Not working functionally

I get this product as a gift from friend i make charge until the 4 blue led light get deam full and use the flush light at first for 30 minutes then i put it in closed closest for 9 days after that i used it again after 9 days to charge my phone but the power bank start charging after 45 minutes gets off without fulling my phone . Generally my question is why this product not making full charge my phone also what shall i do to fix this problem thank you and i hope you will answer my question soon have good time.
