Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Marey Water Heaters – Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Returns
Marey Water Heaters are accepted for return only when there is a verified manufacturer defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not accepted.
All warranty returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) issued by Wilchestrade LLC before the product is returned. Products returned without an approved RMA may be refused.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Wilchestrade LLC or the designated warranty inspection facility for evaluation. If the warranty claim is approved and the product is determined to have a covered manufacturer defect, Wilchestrade LLC or the manufacturer, as applicable, will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement unit to the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered when a warranty claim has been approved and the returned product has been inspected. If the manufacturer determines that the product has a covered manufacturer defect, Wilchestrade LLC will provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or authorized as part of an approved warranty claim.
Manufacturer Warranty
All Marey Water Heaters include a one (1) year manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.
This warranty covers manufacturer defects only and does not cover damage or failures resulting from:
- Improper installation.
- Incorrect gas, electrical, or water connections.
- Freezing, corrosion, scale buildup, or poor water quality.
- Lack of proper maintenance.
- Misuse, abuse, neglect, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.
- Normal wear and tear.
To submit a warranty claim, customers should contact Wilchestrade LLC and provide:
- Proof of purchase.
- Model and serial number.
- A description of the issue.
- Photos or videos, if requested, to assist with the warranty evaluation.
All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the manufacturer in accordance with Marey's warranty terms.
Sportsman Power Equipment – Customer Service, Returns & Warranty
For all Sportsman Power Equipment products, customer service is provided directly by Sportsman Power Equipment. Their dedicated customer support team is responsible for handling product support, troubleshooting, warranty claims, exchanges, refunds, replacement parts, and any other product-related inquiries.
Customers may contact Sportsman Power Equipment Customer Service at (866) 460-9436 for assistance with any issue regarding their product.
Exchanges may be accepted depending on the nature of the issue and are subject to Sportsman Power Equipment's evaluation and applicable policies.
All warranty claims, returns, exchanges, refunds, and other resolutions are reviewed and processed solely by Sportsman Power Equipment in accordance with their warranty and customer service policies.
Pedrollo Water Pumps – Return, Refund & One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Policy
Customer Error Returns
Returns resulting from customer error (including ordering the incorrect item, no longer needing the product, or purchasing by mistake) are subject to the following conditions:
- Returns must be shipped within seven (7) days after a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) has been issued.
- The customer is responsible for all return shipping, repackaging, and applicable processing costs.
- Wilchestrade LLC is not responsible for lost return shipments and will not accept products damaged due to inadequate or improper packaging.
- Returned products must be brand new, unused, uninstalled, and in their original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, instructions, accessories, and original components.
Products that do not meet these requirements may be refused or returned to the customer.
One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty
Pedrollo Water Pumps are backed by a one (1) year limited manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
If you believe your product has a manufacturer defect, you must notify Wilchestrade LLC promptly upon discovering the issue. Once your warranty claim has been reviewed, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions will be issued.
To determine whether the product qualifies for warranty coverage, the unit must be returned for inspection. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Wilchestrade LLC or the designated inspection facility. All returned products are thoroughly inspected to determine the cause of the reported failure and whether the issue is covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
If the inspection confirms a valid manufacturer defect covered under this one-year limited manufacturer's warranty, Wilchestrade LLC will, at its sole discretion and in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy, repair the product or provide a replacement unit. When a replacement unit is provided under an approved warranty claim, Wilchestrade LLC will cover the shipping cost of the replacement product to the customer.
If the inspection determines that the reported issue is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty, the warranty claim will be denied, and the customer will be responsible for any applicable return shipping charges.
Warranty Return Requirements
To qualify for warranty evaluation:
- Warranty claims must be initiated within the one-year warranty period.
- Products being returned must be shipped within thirty (30) days after the RMA has been issued.
- The product must be returned in the original manufacturer's packaging, including all manuals, instructions, accessories, and original components.
- Do not write, tape, or place shipping labels directly on the manufacturer's box.
To prevent shipping damage, the manufacturer's box must be packaged as follows:
- Wrap the original box with a minimum of three (3) layers of 5/16-inch air-cell bubble wrap.
- Place the wrapped package inside a second, double-wall corrugated shipping carton suitable for transportation.
Failure to properly package the product may result in denial of the warranty claim if shipping damage occurs during transit.
Warranty Exclusions
The manufacturer's warranty does not cover failures or damage resulting from:
- Power outages, voltage fluctuations, power surges, or the absence of proper electrical protection.
- Improper priming or operation without adequate water supply.
- Dry running or operation without water.
- Pumping liquids other than clean water, unless specifically approved by Pedrollo.
- Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, freezing, corrosion, or lack of maintenance.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
- Physical damage occurring after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear.
Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, Pedrollo Water Pumps must be installed using appropriate electrical protection devices, including, when applicable:
- Magnetic starters.
- Properly rated circuit breakers.
- Surge protectors.
- Thermal overload relays.
All electrical protection devices must comply with applicable local electrical codes and must be properly sized according to the pump's specifications. Failure to install the required protection devices may void the manufacturer's warranty.
Shipping Damage Claims
Customers are responsible for inspecting all shipments immediately upon delivery.
If a shipment arrives damaged, Wilchestrade LLC must be notified within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
The customer should retain the product, original packaging, and all packing materials for possible inspection by the shipping carrier. Photographs of the damaged product, shipping carton, and packaging materials may be required to process the carrier's damage claim.
Claims reported after the forty-eight (48) hour notification period may not be eligible for carrier reimbursement or replacement.
Eccotemp Water Heaters – Return, Refund & Warranty Policy
Returns
Eccotemp Water Heaters are accepted for return only when there is a verified manufacturer defect covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Returns for reasons such as buyer's remorse, ordering the wrong item, improper installation, misuse, or normal wear and tear are not accepted.
All warranty returns require a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) issued by Wilchestrade LLC before the product is returned. Products returned without an approved RGA may be refused.
Prior to authorizing a warranty return, Wilchestrade LLC may require the customer to complete a troubleshooting process to determine whether the issue can be resolved without returning the unit.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to Wilchestrade LLC or the designated warranty inspection facility for evaluation. If the warranty claim is approved and the product is determined to have a covered manufacturer defect, Wilchestrade LLC or the manufacturer, as applicable, will cover the shipping costs to return the repaired or replacement unit to the customer.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered when a warranty claim has been approved and the returned product has been inspected. If the manufacturer determines that the product has a covered manufacturer defect, Wilchestrade LLC will provide the appropriate resolution in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty policy, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.

Pearl Water Pumps – Return, Refund & One-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty Policy

Pearl Water Pumps are backed by a one (1) year limited manufacturer’s warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, you must notify Wilchestrade LLC promptly after discovering the issue. Once your warranty claim has been reviewed, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions will be issued.

- Sand, sediment, abrasives, chemicals, debris, or other foreign materials entering the pump unless the product is specifically designed and approved for that application.
- Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, freezing, corrosion, flooding, or lack of maintenance.
- Failure to follow the manufacturer’s installation, operating, or maintenance instructions.
- Unauthorized repairs, alterations, or modifications.
- Physical or cosmetic damage occurring after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear.
Installation Requirements
To maintain warranty coverage, Pearl Water Pumps must be installed using appropriate electrical and system-protection devices, including, when applicable:
- Magnetic starters.
- Properly rated circuit breakers.
- Surge protectors.
- Thermal overload relays.
- Properly sized wiring and electrical connections.
- Appropriate pressure, level, and dry-run protection devices when required by the application.
All electrical protection devices must comply with applicable local electrical codes and be properly sized according to the pump’s specifications.
Installation must be performed in accordance with Pearl’s installation and operating instructions. Failure to install the required protection devices or follow the manufacturer’s installation requirements may void the manufacturer’s warranty.
Shipping Damage Claims
