RETURNS AND REFUND POLICY

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are situations where full refund is accepted

Marey Water Heaters:

*We offer free returns on any Marey Tankless Water Heater no matter the reason.

There are certain situations where customer service must be contacted before taking a return or replacement decision

Sportsman Power Equipment:

* For Sportsman Power Equipment customer service will be in charge at (866-460-9436) to solve any kind of issue

*Exchange can be accepted depending on the situation

Eco Jet Evaporative Coolers:

All Eco Jet by Joape Products come with a limited guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from date of purchase

Customer will contact Wilchestrade LLC at +17722491014 and request a defective return authorization

Upon presenting purchasing documentation (invoice copy, credit card receipt)

Wilchestrade LLC will immediately approve and authorize return, assigning an RTA number

Wilchestrade LLC will, at their discretion:

*Refund the purchase price and advise customer to return to the respective warehouse or replace the defective product

*Provide shipping information to customer

*In the case of replacement product, Wilchestrade LLC will prepay the new product’s shipping cost

There are certain situations where returns only due to customer error, manufacturer defect or shipping carrier damages are accepted

Pedrollo Water Pumps:

Customer Error:

* Returns must be shipped within 7 days after an RMA is issued. The buyer will be responsible for the return's shipping, repackaging, and processing costs. Wilchestrade LLC will not be responsible for lost packages and will not accept item damaged due to improper packaging. A returned item due to a costumer error must be shipped in the original manufacturer's box with all its instructions and accessories. The item must be brand new and unused.

 

Manufacturer defect:

* Manufacturer defects are covered by PEDROLLO’s 2-year warranty. Notify Wilchestrade LLC immediately of any defect of the product. Wilchestrade will supply a return label and it will inspect the item before approving a credit for the return. All items may be eligible for return within 30 days of receipt of shipment. All items must be returned in the original manufacturer's box with all its instructions and accessories. DO NOT write the RMA number on the manufacturer's box. The manufacturer’s box must be wrapped with at least 3 layers of air-encapsulated plastic size 5/16" and placed inside a second double-wall corrugated box.

 

Shipping carrier damages:

*The costumer must inspect the order immediately after receiving it and carefully check for damages. If the buyer receives a damage product, the client must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item. All damaged material may be retained for possible inspection by the carrier, which may ask for photos of the damage items, etc.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Eccotemp Water Heaters: 

*For any reason, you may return new, unopened items for a full refund of the original purchase price 30 days from the consumer purchase date. If opened, items must be in their original packaging with all original included accessories. Used items may be returned but will be subject to a 15% restocking fee if the item cannot be sold as new. Customer is responsible for all shipping related costs of the returned item. 

*For any non-functioning or damaged items due to shipping, please note damage with carrier at the time of delivery and then call 1-772-249-1014 or email info@powerplusretailers.com and speak with a customer service representative. Customer service will determine if a RGA (Return Goods Authorization) is necessary and give you further instructions. Furthermore, customer service will then replace your non-functioning or damaged items immediately. 

*For any defective items within 30 days of the retailer purchase date, please contact tech support immediately at 1-772-249-1014, email info@powerplusretailers.com to schedule an appointment call to troubleshoot your issues. If your product is deemed defective and the issue cannot be resolved through troubleshooting, Wilchestrade will issue an RGA for the defective product to be returned and a replacement or refund will be issued immediately.

There are certain situations where no refunds or returns are accepted 

Champion Power Equipment: 

* We do not give refunds or accept any returns on Champion Power Equipment 

* Once the product has been shipped there is no cancellation and no refund accepted. Please make sure the chosen generator is the correct product and size needed for application

* Please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-772-249-1014 for better advice 


Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@powerplusretailers.com and send your item to the warehouse indicated depending on the product you bought:

Depending on the return situation and the product purchased. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item only if applicable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on the geographical area, the time it may take for the exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
